I will direct you here throughout the semester to get extra help on certain grammatical and rhetorical concepts. Almost every grammatical issue has a link to interactive exercises; take advantage-- they'll make great additions to your extra credit error analysis logs!

Writing and Speaking Tutorial Services

For help with any writing assignment, for any course, visit one of the free walk-in centers on campus.  Writing tutors are available through the University Tutorial Center in Leazar Hall, and in other locations on campus.  For hours and further information, see http://www.ncsu.edu/tutorial_center/writespeak/index.html.


The Library Online Basic Orientation tutorial can be found through D.H. Hill Library's website at:  http://www.lib.ncsu.edu/lobo2/. You will complete various sections of LOBO throughout the course, often as assigned in the course calendar. This is truly an outstanding resource.
